Support Haven Hills with a Financial Contribution

Haven Hills relies on you to help us offer shelter and services to victims of domestic violence in our community. Your support will save lives. 

You can help immediately by making a secure online donation using our online form or you can print a mailable donation form.

Here are some suggested giving guildelines to help you understand how your donation will help the women and children who turn to Haven Hills to escape a life of violence.

 $50 will provide school supplies for a child in the 30-day Crisis Shelter School
$150 will provide a week of food for a family in the 30-day Crisis Shelter
$250 will provide a night of safety for a woman in crisis
$500 will provide a month of counseling to help a woman achieve self sufficiency
$1000 will provide a week of safety for a family in our 30-day Crisis Shelter

Send a Tribute 

Honor a loved one with a donation to Haven Hills in their name.  We will send a card to them letting them know about your thoughtful donation.   A tribute can be sent for a birthday, anniversary, new baby - any occasion.  Or, it can be made in memory of someone.  To send a Tribute click here

Include Haven Hills in your Estate Plan

Gifts of Stock or Life Insurance

You can maximize your tax benefits by donating appreciated securities that you have held for more than a year.  Talk to your financial advisor about donating life insurance policies.

Volunteer

If you share our concern about domestic violence and would like to make a significant difference in your community, we welcome you to join our team of dedicated volunteers. The satisfaction you'll receive by volunteering at Haven Hills will only be outweighed by the valuable impact you can make on society, as you help to rebuild victims' lives and stop the vicious cycle of abuse. Don't worry about not having enough time-we can accommodate all levels of involvement.

Donate Items

For the women and children in our 30-day Crisis Shelter Haven Hills provides everything they need including furniture, linens, food, dishes and cookware. When they leave, we may allow them to take some of these items to use to start their own households, thereby creating a constant need for replenishing. While we can always use dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and utensils, we have a limited need for clothing and very restricted storage space.
