We are committed to using your donation responsibly - more than 77% goes directly to program services. Your investment in Haven Hills will be used to provide services to keep families safe and empower them to break the cycle of violence.
A recurring monthly donation will ensure year-round support for the women and children in our 30-day Crisis Shelter and 18-month Transitional Shelter. You will be notified each time this donation is charged to your credit card, and you can stop the deductions at any time.
You can also give a gift in honor or memory of someone by completing the honor section of the form and including the name and address of the person so a card can be sent notifying them of the donation.
To make a credit card contribution to Haven Hills online, please complete the form below. If you prefer to send a check, please contact Maria Barahona at firstname.lastname@example.org or 818-887-7481 Ext 21.
Thank you for donating to help the women and children who are struggling to escape a life of violence.
Build a legacy through planned giving
Providing for a gift to Haven Hills in your estate planning creates opportunities for you and the families we help. There are many options from which you can choose that will balance what you wish to accomplish for yourself, your family and Haven Hills in your overall estate and financial plans. For an outline of these options, click here.
Send a tribute to a friend or family member in honor of a birthday, anniversary, graduation, retirement – any occasion! Or, honor a friend’s recent loss with a tribute in memory of a loved one. We send a beautiful card to the honoree (with no amount listed) and a letter thanking you for the donation. This is a terrific, easy way to support victims of domestic violence while honoring those you cherish. For more information click here.
Thank you for thinking of the women and children of Haven Hills for your donations. Many of our shelter residents leave with only the clothes they are wearing. We provide everything they need for their 30-day stay in ourCrisis Shelter including furniture, linens, food, dishes and cookware. When they leave, we may allow them to take some of these items to use to start their own households, thereby creating a constant need for replenishing. While we can always use dishes, pots and pans, small appliances and utensils, we have a limited need for clothing and very restricted storage space. Therefore, we ask that you call Refugio Sanchez, Facilities Manager at email@example.com or 818-887-7481 ext 17 for our current needs.
